- An internal search of our existing database for potential candidates, and externally through our industry contacts. This step may involve placing advertisements on websites or in trade publications.
- A dedicated, professional recruiter to interview, screen, and assess each candidate to meet your specific requirements. Your recruiter will then formally present you with a portfolio that includes the candidate's resume, interview summary, background checks, reference checks, and a behavioral assessment test that helps predict candidate suitability for the position. Your recruiter will assist with final negotiations with the preferred candidate.
