Each crewmember provided to you is an employee of Jet Professionals, and is covered under our group workers' compensation insurance. No single individual could obtain the workers' compensation and non-owned aircraft liability insurance coverage that Jet Professionals carries, which may reduce your liability and risk.
In addition, all crewmembers receive their paycheck from Jet Professionals, with all applicable taxes deducted from each check, and also a W-2 at the end of the year. Elimination of the form 1099 enables you to avoid potential IRS issues.
