Technical instructors will be responsible for conducting training for clients on description, operation, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting as listed in all required publications. They will act as a subject matter expert for Honeywell SPZ-8000 Series avionics and assist in the development of technical programs using the client's standards.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- 10 Years of avionics maintenance experience
- Valid A/P License
- Have experience with Honeywell Palneview series maintenance
- Possess a High School degree or equivalent
- Be able to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
- Possess functional computer skills with Microsoft Office suite including
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends or holiday shifts
- Some travel is required.
The following skills are preferred for this position:
- Strong electrical systems background
- Avionics systems knowledge
- Previous instructional experience
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- College Degree
