Description

Job Duties will include but are not limited to:

Delegation of the accepted work to trained and qualified supervisors and mechanics.
Ensuring that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when performing Maintenance
Training and assisting subordinates in the proper work procedures and practices to be followed
Maintaining all tolls, hangar and shop equipment in a serviceable working condition and initiating the periodic checks as directed by the QA Manager
Maintaining a pleasant working environment in the department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Reporting directly to Base Maintenance Manager
Working closely to ensure that the maintenance performed on aircraft and components complies with the specific procedures, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

Have excellent technical knowledge in aviation
Good command of the English language - both written and spoken
High Work efficiency
Ability to coordinate and meet deadlines
Leadership experience
Exceptional communication skills
